Large bathroom with shower, tub, toilet, washing machine + dryer Covered outdoor terrace + 2 free parking spaces The space 104 sqm apartment/fitter's apartment in the attic with 2 car parking spaces and its own outdoor terrace. Families as well as installers are welcome! Since Airbnb has determined on its own that you do not have to pay for toddlers here, we would like to point out as a precaution that we also charge normal fees for toddlers, as this also incurs additional ancillary costs for us, just like for adults. For the little visitors, the crib and changing table will be prepared on request (please inform us directly when booking). Diaper bucket, toys, books, potty frog, toilet seat and a high chair are also available. Due to the many sleeping options, up to 7 adults and 1 baby/toddler can live in this apartment. If the apartment is booked, it does not have to be shared with other people. The parking space (space for 2 cars) in front of the house is also completely part of the apartment. Guest access Please let me know the time of your arrival so that I can show you the apartment in person and hand it over if possible. There is a separate entrance. The apartment is exclusively occupied by our guests and entered by us only by appointment. We have a lockbox outside. Contactless arrival is also possible by arrangement.
