What awaits you: 4 separate sleeping areas, a fully equipped children's room (bed, changing table, toys), a practical kitchen, and a large bathroom with bathtub, shower, washing machine & dryer. There is also Wi-Fi, a covered terrace and parking. Looking forward to seeing you soon! The space Welcome to the "Alten Hoop" in Leese! A spacious, bright, 104 m² top-floor apartment with windows in all rooms awaits you on our cozy small farm. Some of them even offer a beautiful, sweeping view over Leese. Here you can enjoy plenty of space, tranquility and comfort for a maximum of 7 people (including babies and toddlers). Whether it's a family vacation, a bike ride along the Weser or an installation project as a team, we have plenty of space for everyone to take a breath. The apartment is generally rented to only one booking party, so you will never have to share the spaces with strangers. Booking, billing & toddlers: Billing is based on the exact number of people according to the number of guests specified. Since Airbnb does not charge fees for toddlers by default, we would like to point out as a precaution that we charge normal fees for toddlers as well, since we incur additional utility costs for them, just as we do for adults. Amenities for children: For our little guests, the crib and changing table will be set up on request (please let us know directly when booking). A diaper pail, toys, books, the potty frog, a toilet seat and a highchair are also available. Booking additional people: Additional guests can be easily added at any time before arrival (up to the maximum occupancy of 7 people). Changes & cancellations: Please note that the respective policies of the booking platform apply to cancellations or reductions in the number of people booked. Arrival, parking & outdoor area: Parking at the house: 2 free parking spaces are available on the white paved area right in front of the house and are entirely for your use as part of your accommodation (also suitable for vans/Sprinters). Please always keep the driveway clear. Alternative option for large vehicles: If you arrive with more than 2 vehicles or very large combinations of vehicles, you can alternatively use the municipal meadow to the left of the oak tree at our driveway. Private entrance & covered wooden patio: Your private entrance is behind our main entrance. The covered wooden terrace is all yours – perfect for gathering, as a sheltered smoking area, and for storing bikes out of the weather and out of sight. If necessary, these can be attached directly to the wooden beams of the terrace. (Your guest area includes the front part of the courtyard up to the courtyard gate; beyond that is our private area.) Guest access Arrival & check-in: Procedure & check-in times: Check-in is after 4pm. Thanks to our key safe outside, you can arrive completely flexibly and independently – whether in the afternoon or not until late in the evening. You don't have to worry about any specific time. Personal welcome & tour: If it fits our schedule (preferably in the time slot between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. by arrangement), we will be happy to show you around the apartment as part of a short tour when we welcome you in person and answer all your questions directly. Support in every way: If we don't see each other in person or if you check in using the lockbox, we are of course still available to help you with any questions at any time, easily reachable by message, and will be happy to assist you. If you arrive using the lockbox, we simply ask you to take a quick look at our house rules, which are hanging on the kitchen door, after entering. Privacy: The flat has its own separate entrance behind our main entrance and will be occupied exclusively by you during your stay. Other things to note Pets: Since we have our own dogs on our farm and want to avoid any conflicts with other animals, unfortunately, pets are not allowed on our property. We ask for your understanding in this regard. Smoking: Smoking is permitted on our covered wooden terrace, which is a sheltered area, but not in the apartment itself. Bicycles & surveillance: You can park and lock your own bicycles directly to the wooden beams of the terrace, where they will be sheltered from the weather and out of sight. Safety note: Our parking lot and the driveway into the courtyard are monitored by cameras. Of course, the entrance to your apartment and your terrace are not under camera surveillance, so your privacy is absolutely protected here.
