This recently renovated cottage unit is the perfect accommodation for a couple or solo traveler seeking respite. This room offers additional privacy and separation from the main inn while providing easy access to communal amenities such as a public outdoor lounging area. This cozy studio cottage places you in the heart of wine country and a features comfortable sleeping area, a 2-person dining table, an ensuite bathroom, and small kitchenette. The space Anderson Valley Inn is a small property with 8 rooms. Each room has steps to the entrance. Parking is close to the units. It is a beautiful, rural property with natural grounds and lots of wildlife. Guest access Guests will have access to their room, semi private seating area, and other garden spaces on the property. During your stay Innkeepers are available 9 am to 9 pm through text and phone for questions about the area or help getting into your room. Our office is located in Little River. There are housekeepers and a property manager that frequents the property. Other things to note We welcome up to two pets per room and a fee of $25 per pet, per night applies. This cottages does not have a television or air conditioning. The cottage is tucked just off Highway 128, providing quick and convenient access to everything Philo has to offer.
