Additional vehicles may park along the southwest side of the street. To maintain neighborhood harmony and ensure smooth access for private vehicles, please avoid placing a second car behind or beside the designated space and notify the host if extra vehicles will be present. The home’s central air conditioning keeps the studio at a comfortable 73°, and most guests find this—paired with the ceiling fan—perfect for relaxing. For those who prefer a cooler setting for sleeping, the studio also includes a quiet mini‑split A/C. We simply ask that it be turned off when you’re away, as the central air conditioning system will continue keeping the space pleasantly comfortable for your return.
