Just a short walk from the lively Bairro Alto and the glamorous Baixa-Chiado area, you’ll have easy access to local attractions, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The apartment is also just steps away from the famous Pink Street, known for its energetic nightlife. Inside, you'll find a cozy bedroom, a comfortable living room with a sofa, a spacious bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen, providing everything you need for a relaxing stay. Here you can also be connected! Wi-Fi access is provided once you arrive at the apt. Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment and all its free amenities. Additional Information: . The set of towel consists of 1 shower towel + 1 face towel. . There won't be change of towels for stays until 7 nights. Thus, for additional towels during the stay there will be as extra cost of 10€ /set of towel. Guest access Check-in is self-service and you will receive the instructions on the day of your arrival. . Checkin: from 4PM. Checkout: until 11AM. .Transfer Information: It’s possible to schedule a transfer from the airport to our apartment’s address! The pricing is: *40€ per transfer from 1 until 3 persons, with 4 luggages maximum. *60€ for transfer for 4 until 6 persons, with 10 luggages maximum. If you’re interested, inform us about your details and schedule until 24h prior to your arrival. Other things to note . Please kindly note that our working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Portugal time). Any communication sent through the chat outside of these hours will be answered the following day as soon as possible. =D . Please be aware that our apartment is located in Pink Street, a lively neighborhood and has street noise at night. We recommend bringing earplugs for those sensitive to noise. .If you`re are a light sleeper, better bring earplugs. Though we have double-glass windows, you might still listen to some noise as the apt sits close to Pink Street. Moreover, recently we are facing some problems with sewage smell. We called more than one tecnician and plumber to check the problem, and unfortunately, there is nothing much we can do about strong smell that comes up from time to time on the bathroom. Please, be aware about that, and if you are sensitive for strong smell, better not to book this apt. We can only apply some products before and during your stay to minimize the smell as we are very limited to solve this construction problem. . This apartment has parking in the streets nearby and surrounding it, but sometimes it's difficult to find it just by our doorstep and it is payable from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 am to 1:00 am (next day). Weekend is paid on Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00pm. Apartment sits close to Pink Street (a Portuguese bohemic neighborhood). .At times, there may be a smell of cigarette smoke coming from the apartment’s plumbing.
