The space THE BUILDING Our property consists of two parts; GoodWork which is our award winning co-working community, and 1808 Lofts which is a collection of 11 industrial loft apartments that serve local community members along with any traveler looking to experience Dallas and the community we've created here. The building has two levels; the co-working community on the first floor and all 11 lofts on the second floor. Elevator access is available to the lofts and we also offer a 24/7 community laundry room that is free to use to all guests (no washer/dryers located in actual lofts). THE LOFT Our lofts feature an open floorplan construction style which allows for great natural light throughout the entire space and great views of the downtown Dallas skyline. This loft includes a queen-sized bed, full kitchen with basic cook-ware, full bathroom, multiple TV's with streaming access, high speed Wi-Fi, private resident entry, and access to the open co-working area's on the first floor of the building. 24/7 fitness center access if offered as well located in the co-working space. THE CO-WORKING BENEFITS If you're traveling to work (or even if you're not), we encourage all guests to check out and make use of the open co-working space. Our staff is happy to give you a tour of the space and introduce you to the amazing community of ambitious and creative people that make it up. Between the awesome people and the great work spaces (indoor & out), we believe we offer great value to our guests and look forward to hosting you. Guest access Included on-site parking, use of our co-working space, and 24/7 fitness center. Other things to note We are a pet friendly property, however guests traveling with pets are required to notify us of their intent to bring your pet on your stay. We accommodate most situations as we are able to, but do reserve the right to deny bookings to any pet that may pose a disruptive risk to our property, other guests or co-working community. Approved pets will still require an assessment of the loft upon check-out to ensure no damage or odors are left behind. Additional pet cleaning fee's are applicable as necessary.
