Other things to note 1️⃣ ONLINE CHECK-IN REQUIRED As required by Italian law, before arrival you'll need to complete the online check-in by uploading ID documents for all guests. Once done, you'll receive the link to open both the building entrance and the apartment door, along with a detailed video guide. An internet connection is required. 2️⃣ HOT WATER The water heater holds 100 litres. For a group of 5 we recommend spacing out showers by a few minutes: once the hot water runs out, it takes up to 3 hours to heat up again. 3️⃣ TIMINGS Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am. On request and subject to availability we can offer early check-in or late check-out (2-4 hours) for a small fee — just message us and we'll see what we can do. 4️⃣ PARKING 🟦 Blue lines: €2 per hour from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, free outside those hours, on Sundays and public holidays. Pay at the meter or via the EasyPark app. 🟨 Yellow lines: residents only, best avoided. ⬜ Free: Parcheggio Ippodromo M5, Via Pessano 11 (5 minutes on foot).
