Great restaurants and shopping near-by (with in 5 minutes time), close to Canobie Lake Park (25 minutes), Portsmouth (45 minutes), Hampton Beach (40 minutes), and Boston (2 hours), Kittery (1 hour). No boat or kayak provided.
