With a baby cot, a highchair and a baby bath (upon request) as well as toys and children’s books, this apartment is also especially family-friendly. The highlight of the property is the communal rooftop terrace, equipped with sun loungers and a dining table, which provides for relaxing hours below the open, blue sky and for delicious dinners shared in the fresh air. From here you have a view of the surrounding cityscape of Conil de la Frontera. Due to its optimal location, a great selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are in the immediate vicinity while the beautiful, sandy beach Playa de los Bateles is 1.3 km away, which is either a 20-minute walk or a 4-minute drive. Here you can stretch out on the golden sand and listen to the sound of the waves. Street parking is available. Pets are allowed if requested in advance. Bachelor parties and parties are not allowed. Reservations for groups of young people are not allowed. Rest times, especially at night, should be respected in order to maintain a friendly relationship with the neighbors. The property must be delivered tidy (specially in regards to the dishes, washed and in their place, and trash taken to the outside containers), if this is not done there will be an additional cleaning fee.
