Relais Montepepe Winery & Spa- Suite T- Terrace

Located on the second floor of the Villa of Montepepe, this Suite is characterized by a large marble terrace with a view across the sea from Forte dei Marmi to the island of Palmaria in front of Portovenere. A large entrance leads to the 4 main rooms: a double bedroom, an open space with an equipped wall, a large living room with two sofas, the main bathroom. The master bedroom is served by an additional bathroom with hallway. The rooms are the result of a long restoration work that has led to a recovery of the Villa with natural materials and consistent with the building which has been classified as "Relevant Historical and Architectural Value" by the relevant bodies. The plasters are of pure natural lime and solid oak floors. The "Kitchen" preserves an ancient floor of the early '900 in grit tiles which form a beautiful floral "carpet" design. The furnishings include original pieces and exclusive designs. In the living room, an ancient Murano glass chandelier with 10 arms creates the central light point. The internal doors and windows are the original ones of the beginning of the century with a three-glass design and French stucco, wooden shutters and sliding curtains inside. There are two bathrooms, both with bath and shower, white Carrara marble veining in large size slabs and floors in pastel colored resins. The equipped wall in the open compartment creates a light kitchen equipped with a refrigerator and a small pantry. Useful for light preparations, salads and breakfasts. Vintage three-legged dining table and 6 original Norwegian triangular chairs. At guests' disposal a kettle with a kit of tea and coffee and cups.
