Small but nice, chic little studio for two

Welcome! A modern furnished, small studio awaits you on the upper ground floor of a two-family house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: A capsule coffee maker, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob and fridge. The view overlooks our beautiful garden. Bicycles can be parked there. The car can be parked directly in front of the house. In 10 minutes you are by bike in the beautiful city center or in 15 minutes at the nearest lake. Not a central location! The space We are happy to offer our bicycles for rent. Please register this in advance and ask about conditions. For the capsule coffee machine you need Cremesso capsules, these are available e.g. at Netto on our street. To start out, you will find some capsules in the kitchen. The bikes can be found in the shelter by the garden. Feel free to stay in the garden and use the garden furniture. But beware, our dog Balou (nice and friendly but still young and hyper) runs around freely. Attention: we do not live centrally in Brandenburg but on the southern outskirts of the city. Please note this before you book! Accordingly, it would be nice not to get a bad rating for it :) Thank you!
