This TI GLAS cottage is part of a renovated farmhouse with 5 cottages. You will find large green spaces for your rest, and you can enjoy all the tourist sites within a close radius: Cancale, Saint Malo, Le Mont St Michel, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard, Dinan and the banks of the Rance. Outdoor and indoor games (table tennis, foosball) will be shared with the children of the other cottages. Please let us know if you have any questions The space This gîte, partially renovated in 2024, is perfect for a family of 4. You will have a living room, kitchen area on the ground floor as well as a shower room with toilet. Upstairs, you will have 2 bedrooms with a double bed of 140, As well as a toilet. Outside, a south-facing terrace with barbecue and lawn fully fenced for the safety of your children. Parking is provided for your vehicle. No pets allowed. This cottage is non-smoking. Sheets and towels are not provided but rental is possible on request Guest access You will have access to the outdoor areas common to the other cottages as well as the stable with foosball and Ping Pong. Other things to note Our rates range from €350 to €620 per week in high season. Booking preferably every two weeks in July and August. For other seasons, you can book by the week, and for 4 days on certain dates. Don't hesitate to ask us. Possibility of renting a baby cot and high chair (on request in advance). Rental of sheets and towels possible at the price of €15 per person (single bed) and €25 for 2 people (double bed) The end of stay cleaning is your responsibility (or an additional €60 if not done)
