CASA MIA Enjoy our beautiful house, with a fabulous ocean view from anywhere in the house, with 3 spacious bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. With a fabulous view of the mountains 4 Queen Size beds, 1 King Size, 1 Sofa bed This elegant family property, with capacity for 10 people comfortably, is the ideal place to enjoy a beautiful beach. No pets allowed No smoking inside Glass containers are prohibited in the pool area. Minimum 2-night rental. The space Master bedroom: with a king size bed with a full bathroom and a closet Room # 2: 2 queen size beds with full bathroom and closet Room #3: 2 queen size beds with full bathroom and closet Other things to note No smoking in the house No pets allowed No minors in the pool and bar area Do not sit wet on fabric chairs, benches and armchairs inside the house, please use plastic chairs No lying down wet in beds No food and drinks in the living room area At 9 pm, lower the music volume out of respect for the neighbors The Jacuzzi hot water will be turned off at 10 pm Do not use kitchen pans on the grill Keep the sliding door to the beach tightly closed so that the air from outside does not leak into the house and the house stays cool Or if you want to have that door open, turn off the air conditioners Glasses and glass containers are prohibited in the pool area for your safety Take great care of the pool table cloth
