This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Two-story new build in the quiet fields with easy access to the beautiful Piute ATV trails. A country rustic feel with everything new, modern and comfortable. Easily sleeps 6 in our two bedrooms, however above two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom you’ll find fun twin size bunks that best fits smaller ones to increase sleeping to 8. Large family room area with game table and plenty of room for your own air mattress. Well stocked kitchen. The space Two-story Barndo with all bedrooms on 2nd floor where the family gathering area and dining table and chairs are. Board games and puzzles available, wi-fi available. Full kitchen, double ovens and other small appliances, basic seasonings, coffee-maker. One full bathroom on each floor. We are within 1-2.5 hours of the scenic National Parks including Capitol Reef, Arches, Zions, and Bryce Canyon and boast a short 45 minute drive to beautiful Fish Lake recreation area. Sevier Valley Events Center is a short 15 minute drive where many sporting events and concerts are held. Big Rock Candy Mountain,Fremont Indian State Park, Palisades State Park and the Manti Temple are less than an hour away for day events. Guest access Full access to entire barndominium including outdoor deck and patio, outdoor gas fire pit, parking for two vehicles outside but host a larger family/friend gathering in the finished garage with special request and an additional fee. Other things to note Shampoo, conditioner, body wash included in bathrooms. Starter set up only for garbage collection, dish soaps, laundry soap. Well stocked kitchen with small appliances, pans, crock pot, insta-pot, air-fryer, toaster, coffee maker, basic spices.
