It features one cozy bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a second bedroom with two twin beds, a pull out futon, a full bathroom , a living space warmed by a gas-burning fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing your favorite meals. The large front porch is the ideal spot to sip coffee at sunrise or unwind with a glass of wine under the stars. What You’ll Love: Absolute Seclusion – You’ll have the entire 100+ acres to explore. The owner acquired this stunning 100-acre property with the intention of preserving the white oaks and surrounding natural landscape. Hiking & Exploring – Trails meander through old-growth forest, meadows, and a babbling brook. Wildlife sightings are common—deer, wild turkey, owls, and even the occasional fox. Stargazing Heaven – With zero light pollution, the night sky is spectacular. Watch the Milky Way roll by from a hammock or around the fire pit. Outdoor Living – Enjoy the picnic table and endless space to roam, play, or simply breathe in the pine-scented air. Unplugged Bliss – There’s NO Wi-Fi, TV with limited channels, and cell reception. This is your chance to unplug and just be. Location: Though it feels like a world away, the cabin is just a 15 minute drive to Renfro Valley, 30 minute drive to Berea, Somerset/lake Cumberland and London. There you’ll find grocery stores, restaurants, and local shops. For day trips, there are nearby lakes for swimming or kayaking and scenic byways for breathtaking drives. Please Note: This is a true nature retreat. Expect rustic charm, chirping crickets, and the occasional muddy trail. No pets, no parties, no smoking indoors, no ATV or Side by Side allowed—just peace and quiet. Other things to note Check-In & Check-Out Times: Check-in time: 4:00 PM (or later) Check-out time: 10:00 AM If you’re arriving late or need an early check-out, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. (No Wi-Fi): The cabin is a perfect place to unplug. While there’s no Wi-Fi, you will have limited cell service. Be sure to download any maps, directions, or apps you might need ahead of time since the signal can be spotty. 🧻 Starter Toiletries: We provide a starter amount of toiletries (toilet paper, soap, etc.), but you may want to bring extra supplies for your stay, especially if you’re planning to be here for several days. 🛒 Supplies & Groceries: The nearest grocery store is about 30 minutes away in Mt. Vernon, Somerset, Berea, London. We recommend stocking up on supplies before you arrive. We provide basic cookware, so feel free to bring your favorite ingredients to prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen!
