Vacation home with sauna, electric charging station, fireplace grill

Our apartment is in the countryside on the outskirts of town. (Completion in January 2016). Apartment is on the 1st upper floor An electric charging station with 11 kW is available to you at the current electricity price. From the living-dining area you have access to the large balcony, which is on the south side. The living area is bright and filled with light. The bathroom is a small wellness oasis with sauna and rain shower. The sauna is used by our guests in summer and winter at no extra cost. The space The balcony is equipped with a table group, 2 sun loungers and an electric awning. At breakfast in the dining area or in summer on the balcony, you can already enjoy the beautiful view and tranquility. Thanks to the large windows, the light-flooded living-dining area is very bright and pleasant. Pleated blinds and curtains are available for sufficient shading or darkening. You can spend your vacation with up to 6 people in our modern furnished apartment. There are two double bedrooms, each with a closet. Another person (or 2 children) can also fit on the pull-out sofa 195 cm x 120 cm. A fully equipped kitchen with Senseo coffee pod machine (pods are in the kitchen cabinet), toaster, kettle, oven, microwave and fridge-freezer combination awaits you. In the living room is a flat-screen TV, a stereo system and the pull-out sofa, but there is an additional mattress to increase the comfort. The living area is particularly cozy in the evening thanks to LED lighting and backlighting. The bathroom has a bathtub and a walk-in shower with rain shower. Also in the bathroom is the sauna, just for you. For further relaxation and for your well-being, there is a practice for craniosacral therapy and APM according to Penzel in the same house. If you are interested, please inquire a few weeks in advance. Linens, towels, dishtowels, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, kitchen towels and dishwashing liquid are provided. Countryside vacation with great surroundings for hiking and cycling. A small garden, fireplace grill and an open fireplace are there for you, as well as a table tennis table (please bring rackets and balls). The bed linens and towels are professionally washed in an industrial machine with a disinfection program to minimize the risk of infection. We hope this is also in your interest. Other things to note Ideas for your vacation with us: The Franconian Lake District invites you to swim, boat, surf and cycle. At Lake Brombach there is a climbing and adventure forest. Take a boat trip with the trimaran and get off at the various jetties to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The romantic old town of Dinkelsbühl (awarded as the most beautiful old town in Germany), Rothenburg, Nördlingen, Oettingen, the Roman park Ruffenhofen and the Hesselberg with its great views is just a small selection of what there is to see and experience here. In clear weather you can see the Alps from Hesselberg. All destinations can be reached in 5 to 30 minutes by car. Many guests with children drive to the Geiselwind amusement park, Legoland Günzburg or the Bad Mergentheim wildlife park. In our village, there is a very idyllic swimming pond (800 meters) and a small children's playground (50 meters) away.
