Centrally Located Home Downtown

Enjoy your stay in the heart of downtown Seymour! This home is perfect for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. Enjoy a cozy, quiet atmosphere while being just minutes from local restaurants, shops, and parks. For groups of 7-8 people: The couches shown in the photos will be replaced in early November to accommodate larger groups. A convertible sectional will be added to the living room to provide another queen-size sleeping option. The space There are three bedrooms in the home, each with it's own keyed lock. The home was remodeled in early 2025 and all appliances are new. Parking is available behind the home and on the street in front. Guest access You are welcome to enjoy the entire home, excluding the basement. This includes the kitchen, living, restroom, and laundry room. There is also a small backyard with seating.
