To ensure a seamless check-in experience, here’s a step-by-step guide to accessing your unit. 1. Pre-Arrival Communication. After your booking is confirmed, we will create a group to keep you in direct contact with our team. One of our team members will be available there to assist you with any questions or concerns during your stay. 2. Upon Arrival at the Society. Once you arrive at the Siddha Xanadu Studio Apartment, please ping us in the group. Our team will promptly share the smart lock code with you for easy access to your unit. 3. Entering the Building. Our unit is located in Alfa 2 Unit Number 921. We use a Smart Gate system for enhanced security. Simply put the number followed by the # to open the main entrance. The smart lock will emit a sound, indicating that the door is open. Please down the handle and push the door to open. 5. Auto-Locking for Your Security. After entering your unit, please close the door behind you. The door will automatically lock once shut, ensuring your safety and peace of mind. Other things to note House Rules for Your Stay: No Parties or Loud Gatherings: This property is intended for peaceful stays. Parties or loud gatherings are not allowed. Please respect the quiet atmosphere of the property and the neighbors. Guest Limit: Only the registered number of guests are allowed to stay. Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval. Damage Policy: Please take care of the space and its contents. Any damage or loss to the property, including furniture, appliances, or decor, will incur charges based on the actual replacement cost. No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If smoking occurs indoors, a fine will be imposed. Smoking is allowed on the balcony only. Noise Restrictions: To maintain a peaceful environment, loud music, hooting, or any noise that could disturb neighbors is prohibited after 10 PM. Please be mindful of the noise levels at all times. No Outside Music Systems: The use of external music systems is not permitted in or around the property. Please keep the noise level at a respectful volume. Furniture & Layout: Guests are not allowed to move or modify the layout of the room and furniture. Please leave the space as you found it. Respect for the Property: Please ensure that all items and equipment in the property are used with care. Any intentional damage or loss will be charged to the guest.
