House Sandrock - Self Catering Guest Apartment

House Sandrock Guest Apartment is a fully furnished annex on the property for the distinguished traveler that requires privacy, comfort and all the amenities from home. We are 100m from Zuid-Afrikaans Hospital and very close to UNISA and Pretoria Central. The apartment has its own kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi (uncapped) and TV (Netflix, YouTube and local channels), and is using solar power only. The unit is located on the first floor with steps to its own private entrance. The space The house was built by Brian Sandrock who was the architect of UNISA. The apartment is next to the house on the first floor with an amazing view of Pretoria and its surroundings. The apartment is serviced once a week and includes cleaning and change of linen and towels. Guest access The flat has its own separate entrance making it easy for guests to come and go as they please. We have a fantastic pool that can be used to cool off during the hot summer months and also a very nice braai area we can make available if required.
