Vacation home "Eichkatzerl" in the Metzler log cabin

In the silence of nature at 1,000 meters above sea level lies the apartment "Eichkatzerl" with an area of about 90 square meters on the first and second floors of our house, which was built in 1981 in log construction. Enjoy the breathtaking view of a unique mountain scenery from the spacious terrace or balcony. Skiers can ski directly from the front door to the ski slope in the snowy months. In the summer months, you can hike directly from the apartment. The space The apartment "Eichkatzerl" with approx. 90 sqm has three bedrooms, each with a double bed. The first bedroom is on the ground floor. The two other bedrooms are in the attic. Please note: these are separated from each other by an open passage. In the attic, there is also a hatch with mattresses in the roof slope, an exciting sleeping place just for children. As well as another toilet. On the ground floor is a bathroom with toilet and shower, opposite a storage room for ski storage and with a washing machine and dryer. In the living room, you can spend cozy evenings on the corner bench, next to it cook in the very well-equipped kitchen. Make yourself comfortable in the cold months with a fire in our tiled stove. In the apartment, you have satellite TV, a flat screen and of course WiFi. Guest access Before arrival, guests will receive the arrival information with the pin for the lockbox. Other things to note There is also a guest tax, which must be transferred before arrival. Adults 2.40 euros/person/night. Children up to the age of 13 are free. Pets are allowed upon request and for a fee of 10 euros/night. At AirBnB, only 10 euros per booking can be set and unfortunately not per night.
