The entry level houses two bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower/tub combo and the laundry area. The first bedroom is nice and bright with two twin beds and a large mirrored closet. At the far end is the primary bedroom which has an adjustable King Sleep Number bed, flat screen TV with cable service, as well as a seating area on the private deck. The main level features a recently painted kitchen with a breakfast bar, which really brightens the space. The living room has also been upgraded and now houses a new sleeper sofa, large-mounted TV with Streaming capabilities, and a stone fireplace. New flooring flows throughout the living area into the dining area, which has seating for 6. Additional dining and an electric grill can be found on the patio by using the slider doors. A beautiful new vanity has been installed in the first section of the 3/4 bathroom. The third level of this condo has been transformed into a bonus gathering space. There are two comfy chairs in the loft sitting area to share a good conversation or read a good book. There's also a card table to play one of the many board games provided.
