Bedroom & Bathroom Description • Master Suite 1: Features a king-size bed, a luxurious en suite bath, a walk-in closet, and abundant natural light. • Master Suite 2: Includes two queen-size beds, an en suite bath, a walk-in closet, and ample natural light. • Bedroom 3: Offers a king-size bed, hardwood floors, built-ins, a workspace, and a comfortable chair. Please note that this bedroom serves as a pass-through to access Master Suite 1. Although separated by a privacy door, both bedrooms share a bathroom. • Bedroom 4 and 5: Originally two separate rooms, these have been combined into a spacious single area with a total of four twin beds, built-in storage, and a shared workspace. They have convenient access to the hall bathroom. Guest Requirements Guests are required to submit a copy of a valid ID and sign a pool liability waiver prior to check-in. Pet Policy We welcome dogs with a pet fee of $150 per dog. Dogs must be crate and potty trained. Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. A $500 fee will be charged for cleaning and deodorization if smoking occurs indoors. Guest access Guest Access Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire property, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. This includes the beautifully designed living areas, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. Outside, you’ll enjoy the private backyard with a pool, lounging areas, and a fire pit. The home features keyless entry for easy check-in and checkout, allowing you to come and go at your convenience throughout your stay. We want you to feel right at home during your visit.
