We created RadApart with great love and warmth, for a relaxing holiday on the edge of the earth by the sea waters with an endless beach. Cleanliness, comfort, tranquility and coziness are the basic principles of providing accommodation to our guests. There is air conditioning, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, iron, washing machine, clothes dryer, TV, wardrobe for storage, equipped kitchen and terrace for relaxation. There is access to an open observation deck on the roof overlooking the sea. There is a parking lot, playground and gazebo in the yard. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a 3-storied building. The house is 400 m from the sea and a lake with clear water and a sandy beach. A fenced area, gazebo, playground. Shops, cafes and restaurants are within a walking distance, as well as a public transport stop. There is a construction site next to our house. You can book a UV flashlight in advance to search for amber during evening walks on the beach. Other things to note Noisy parties, pets and smoking are not allowed in our apartments. Guests must maintain cleanliness and order. We inform you that at check-in we take a security deposit of 5,000 rubles, which is refunded at check-out if the rules of residence have not been violated or the property has not been damaged.
