Our villa is situated on a quiet hillside overlooking the beautifull Jalon Valley, the peaceful village of Parcent and the Coll de Rataes Mountains.The area is a mecca for biking and hiking. There are a wide variety of beaches on the Costa Blanca Coast 20 to 30 minutes away. The Villa is set on 2 levels. It is newly furnished with all the amenities. It has a comfortable lounge, a modern kitchen and a seperate dining room. The lounge and dining room open up onto the upper patio which has contempory outdoor furnishings. The lower patio has a pool, lounge chairs and dining area. There are an abundance of good quality restaurants and wineries in the area to be discovered.
