Guest access The backyard and studio are yours; it has keyless entry and a fence/gate off the driveway. We will be away on vacation (we have a property manager to help if you need something). Towels, bedding and basic kitchen supplies are provided. We have strong internet for working from home. Note: the backyard is visible from the main house: the upstairs of the main house is one unit, we have long-term tenants up there. The ground floor of the main house will have occasional house/cat-sitters. Other things to note This is the perfect setup for a couple new to Seattle who would like to ‘test out’ Capitol Hill, a visiting professor at the UW, professionals in town for visiting nurse work or an internship at Amazon or Microsoft, or a family needing to relocate for the summer due to construction. Cat lovers take note: we have two lovable friendly cats that live in the main house (they do NOT live in this listing space). They are very sweet and have been known to swing by for some loving, if you’re interested in that! They are polite and will stay out of the studio if you tell them no!
