Enjoy your coffee/drink viewing the lake from the balcony or living room. This unit is completely remodeled and updated, clean, and is FULLY furnished with a washer and dryer. You just need to bring your suitcase! The space This house comes with a microwave, TV, Internet, and kitchen utensils. All the crockery cutlery and cooking ware are available in the kitchen for you to cook & pack. Guest access There is an automatic door lock to facilitate & flexibility for self-checking and check-out. The code will be provided on the checking day. Other things to note If you are looking for a place to have loud party with a bunch of friends, this is not the place. If you want to enjoy a quiet weekend fishing, or a relaxing getaway with your loved one in a gorgeous lakefront property, I would love to host you! Restaurants: Walden Yacht Club is great for dinner or brunch. Cafe on the Green (on the golf course), Marini’s Pizza & Delivery, Fajita Jack (Mexican restaurant), Akashi Restaurant (Sushi and Asian cuisine), Mariel’s Meat Market (Excellent Meat for Grilling), and Jack & Jill Donuts. HOUSE RULES* • BBQ grill is available by the pool area, but you will need to bring charcoal. • No Smoking in the house. If you smoke outside please don’t throw cigarettes in the grass. • Pets are allowed. • Parents: Do not book for underage teens. You will be held legally and financially responsible. • Maximum number of people allowed in the condo is 3. • Absolutely no loud music and profanity. • 2 Parking Spaces - Tags are in Unit OR Visitor Parking available on the back row. You will get towed if you park in regular parking without tags. $25 fee for missing tags will occur if it is misplaced or lost. • Failure to follow these rules can result in charges to your security deposit.
