This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath home offers everything you need for a comfortable stay! Fully stocked kitchen, 2 living areas, washer/dryer, excellent WIFI & relaxing back patio. This home is located in downtown Hazard within minutes to all shopping, dining & entertainment areas. The parking area will hold up to 5-6 cars however we do not recommend trucks pulling trailers. It's the perfect home for a family gathering, weekend getaway or traveling professionals. The space You will enter the home through the front door on the right side of the house. You will need to climb a full flight of steps to reach the entrance. Once inside you will enjoy the great room with kitchen, dining and living areas all together. The first bedroom is located just off the living room and it has it's own private bath. Go down the hallway to the second living room and adjoining second bedroom and bath. Downstairs is a private third bedroom with a full bath. At the rear of the home is a lovely, covered porch overlooking the back yard. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home. Other things to note This home has lots of steps both inside and outside so please be aware.
