Prepare delicious family meals in the fully equipped, modern kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Each of the four bedrooms is a comfortable haven. Kids will love the bunk room, which features its own classic arcade machine for hours of fun. Throughout the home, you'll find thoughtful touches for families, including a Pack 'n Play, high chair, safety gates, and board games. Your private outdoor oasis includes: * A spacious deck with a dining set for enjoying meals with a lake view. * A bubbling hot tub under a covered gazebo, perfect for unwinding under the stars. * A fire pit for roasting marshmallows and sharing stories. * A gas grill complete with utensils for preparing everything from burgers & dogs to gourmet meals. * A private playground with a climbing wall to keep the little ones entertained. We’ve taken care of all the details to make your stay effortless. We provide all linens, beach towels, extra pillows, a starter supply of coffee, spices, tea bags, an array of condiments, paper products, laundry and dishwashing detergents and essential toiletries. **Guest Access** You will have full access to the entire home and property, including the private playground, hot tub, and our personal kayaks. The only exceptions are a locked owner’s closet, one outdoor storage bin, and the crawl space. Entry is simple and secure with a keyless door code provided before your arrival. **The Neighborhood** Arrowhead Lake is a premier gated community offering peace, quiet, and incredible amenities. Your stay gives you easy access to a beautiful sandy beach and the sparkling lake. Included in the mandatory community fee is access to three heated outdoor pools (seasonal), a fitness center, a game room, a billiards room, and special events at the community Lodge. **Getting Around** Parking is available for up to 8 cars in the driveway. The community is wonderful to explore, and you can rent additional kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, canoes, and bikes from the Arrowhead Lake rental office to make the most of your adventure. **House Rules** * Minimum renter age is 25 years old. * Maximum occupancy is 9 guests (with a maximum of 8 adults). * No parties or large events are permitted. **Important Information** * Minimum stay is 2 nights. * Tobyhanna Twp registration #021334 Arrowhead Lake Community Association charges a mandatory fee of $9.00 per guest, per night to access amenities. We have included the fees for the first two guests in your booking price. We’ve taken great care to make your vacation effortless. All linens, beach towels and extra pillows and blankets are provided. We provide soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, kitchen supplies, spices and light cleaning supplies as well as a start up supply of coffee, pods and filters. Our refrigerator is stocked with condiments you’re welcome to use. We also offer use of our kayaks. Arrowhead Lake has a rental office where you can rent additional kayaks, SUPs, canoes and bikes. Our digital guest book will make finding unique things to do in the Pocono Mountains a breeze. Guest access You will have access to all parts of the property except one owner’s closet, one outdoor storage bin and the crawl space. We have parking for 6 cars. The $20.00 vehicle pass fee is included for one car. If you have additional vehicles, please message us for payment instructions and gate access information. Other things to note Our minimum stay is 2 nights September 15 thru May 14, 7 nights Memorial Day thru Labor Day. Arrowhead Lake Community Association charges renting guests an amenities fee to use the three outdoor heated pools (seasonally), the lake, beaches, game room at the visitor center, fitness center, billiards room and amenities/events at the Lodge.
