Private dock on the water Fire pit,kayaks and paddle boards and water mat for your use Fishing and more! The first bedroom has a king size bed and closet.The second bedroom has 1 queen sized bed and one full size bed. 2 closets one dresser and a smart tv with Roku. 2 window unit air conditioners. Washer and dryer and dishwasher. Living room has 2 couches, smart tv with roku Additional futon sleeps one Full bathroom with shower/bathtub Fire pit with wood included Propane fire pit on porch with one tank Bbq grill on porch All linen and towels are provided Adult and youth PFD are available for guests. Please note a PFD must be on all kayaks and paddle boards when in use along with a whistle for emergency purposes. Whistles are provided. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property dock and lake with the exception of the areas that are locked and marked personal. This is our summer residence and we ask that you respect our home and enjoy this little slice of happiness! Contact-less check in is available. You will be emailed a code prior to check-in. Other things to note Laurel Lake is a family friendly community. No large parties, no events, no illegal substances. Any violation will result in the immediate cancelation of your stay with no refund. We ask that you be respectful to our neighbors, many of whom are full time summer and year round residents Cell phone coverage is strongest with AT&T and spotty with Verizon. There is high speed Wifi available on the entire property. We have a septic system which runs smoothly. We request that ONLY TOLIET PAPER is flushed into the system. NO FEMININE HYGINE PRODUCTS OR WIPES of any kind. If we find the system is clogged or damaged due to improper use you will be charged for repairs. Use caution when enjoying the fire pit, swimming, fishing and outdoor amenities. There is always an inherent risk associated with these activities. Please monitor children at all times.
