Escape the heat, house by the sea for 12 people

Enjoy a unique experience in this oceanfront eco-friendly villa, perfect for large families and groups of up to 12 people looking for rest, privacy and a spectacular ocean view. The house has large common areas, a private pool (reservation required for 2 nights), outdoor spaces to socialize, and direct access to the sea, where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets 🌅. The space You are welcomed by a large garden that is 100% connected to nature, with no paved areas and lots of local plants (cacti, mesquite trees, and palm trees). A long hallway leads to the entrance to the house, but it also leads to a small room where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the front garden with the small pool with seating, the terrace and the best part: the ocean! The house has the following amenities: * 1 bedroom with 2 double beds, with separate exit to the front entrance * 1 master bedroom with 1 double bed and full bathroom, 1 single bed and a love seat * TV room with 1 Queen bed * 1 small bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single Upon entering the house, you are greeted by the dining room for 6 people, and in the back is the living room with a fireplace (note: request it in advance because it is covered to prevent uninvited animals). After the living room, there is a full bathroom. There is a social area where the pool is located, a palapa with a clay charcoal barbecue, a bar, a hammock, a small living room and a dining table. Enjoy our fire pit in front of the ocean, where you can roast marshmallows and tell stories or simply gaze at the ocean in tranquility. The house has a temporary wading pool without equipment; we need to fill it by hand 24 hours in advance, and it can be filled upon request for stays of at least 2 nights. Guest access You can have access to almost the entire house, except for the outside storage room and the inside storage room/laundry room, which is where the family stores their personal things and the things necessary for the maintenance of the house. The gas tank is in the outside storage room. If you need to change the tank, please notify us to let the manager know to open it for you. * The laundry dryer is not used* Do not fill the pool without authorization. Other things to note **possibility of early check-in or late check-out with extra cost, ask for availability 24h in advance. Otherwise check-out is strict at 11:00 am, after that time a fee of $400 per extra hour will be charged ** To fill the kiddie pool, we need you to let us know 24 hours in advance, preferably for stays of at least 2 nights; otherwise, the water filling service costs 1,000 pesos for a single night. In order not to run out of water, the filling is 48 hours in advance and by the staff indicated. Please use moderate water as we have a restricted amount from the community.
