We love large groups! Struggling to find a home large enough to host everyone? This stunning, new construction home offers everything you need to keep everyone in one place without compromise on space! Up to 20 guests allowed. This 7 bedroom, 4.5 bath home offers the perfect home base, be it for a family outing or just a stop along the way! Huge basement area with tables and chairs, games, firepit, propane grill and so much more! This is a screen free home, there are no tvs. The space This newly built home was completed in the summer of 2025. It is available to sleep 20 guests comfortably. Guests have access to a picnic area with a small creek behind this house as well as a barn where there is normally some friendly goats to say Hello to. Please be aware there is a small repair shop located next to the house and during the week there will be some activity and noise adjacent to the home. It is separated by a yard and hedge for your privacy, this is normally not in use on weekends or after normal working hours. This property has a huge driveway and is perfect for any kind of trailers, boats and even full size Semi trucks! We have parking covered! Inside the home we have a well stocked kitchen to accommodate preparing large meals, a large dining table as well as extra lifetime tables and chairs in the basement! 5 queen bedrooms, one bedroom with a queen bed and full bunk bed, another with just a full bunk bed, and 5 bathrooms to make sure everyone has enough space to get ready! 2 pack N plays are provided to accommodate smaller children. Enjoy a campfire in the firepit (bring your own firewood) or use the gas firepit! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except a locked storage room. There is a small business that shares the same driveway, they are a 2 man business that is relatively quiet. You may see them out in the large parking area from time to time during the work week. Other things to note Must be 21 to book, Home is located right beside a small business (share driveways). If you stay during the work week you may see them from time to time in their work bay. Don't worry it's not a large business, just a 2 man team Unapproved early check-in/late checkout will result in additional fees.
