July 24th Pioneer Day Town celebration! You are close to the Sports Park and the Spanish Fork River Trail. Only a 10-minute drive to Costco, Cinemark, the new Intermountain Hospital, and many more stores and restaurants. Our home is located close to everything yet on a quiet private lane with Mountain View’s. This location is perfect for those wanting to shop, visit restaurant’s, town activities and groceries near by. Many town attractions, and easy freeway access. Lovely views of the Wasatch mountains. Inside the home, 2 full bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, a cozy/large living room. 2 smart TVs! With guest mode enabled you can feel comfortable accessing your own streaming services. They will be automatically signed out once you check out. Laundry: - Washer - Dryer - Ironing Board - Iron Other: - Small first aid kit - Fire Extinguisher - Smart Locks for self-check-in Notes: Our driveway is a long lane we have lots of gravel parking. We’ll always be on top of any weather/ snow fall for clearing. We’re on site at all times so please feel comfortable to walk the property and see the farm and livestock. Extended Stay: We allow for extended stays! Should you choose to stay with us for a long period we would happily accommodate you and offer special discounts for those extended bookings. Upon arrival, the home will be fully stocked with all of the essentials to get you started. For any additional time beyond 7 days cleaning and supplies will be your obligation. We can discuss cleaning and supplies in our long term agreement. NO Full backyard access: We have a swimspa, sauna, putting green, trampoline, play set. We do not offer access in that area, please inquire. *** NO PETS Shopping: Costco, Target, Walmart, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, Ulta, 5 Below, Famous Footware, Poppy’s bookstore, The Barn Provo town center, university mall, The Riverwoods are just a 15-20 minutes away. Restaurants: Chik Fil A, McDs, Wendy’s, Chipotle, Panda Express, In and Out, R&R BBQ, Zao, Starbucks, Costa Vida, J-Dawgs, Bowls Superfoods, Joes coffee shop, Zupas, Cubby’s, GLADES our hometown staple burger joint! Aquatic zone/ Lazy River open outside Memorial Day- Labor Day weekend! The sports park near the river trail offers pickleball and tennis, baseball fans, playground for kids or to walk/run. Entertainment: Cinemark movie theater, coin crazy for bowling, kidstopia, the hive trampoline all in town! Relaxation: Sole Reflexology, Revival Med Spa is a few minutes drive if you need some down time. NO smoking or vape on premises. 2. Only those in the guest party permitted to stay. MAXIMUM 8 guests. 3. Enforced quiet hours 10:30pm - 6:00am 4. NO Party’s 5. Owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises. 6. Owner is not responsible for loss of personal belongings of the renter. 7. Furnishings and appliances should be left in the manner provided to the renter. 8. Any damaged or missing items will be charged to the renter 9. NO PETS Guest access; Guests have access to the entire house and driveway. Access into the house is through smart lock keypad with code.
