The space Our Scandinavian-inspired two-bedroom, two-bath cabin blends modern design with cozy mountain comfort. Thoughtfully designed for up to four guests, it features an open-concept living area with vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private deck with a hot tub and forest views. Each bedroom offers plush bedding, luxury finishes, and its own bathroom for added privacy. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, in-unit laundry, and a coffee station stocked with locally roasted beans from our own café at Basecamp Eureka Springs. Located just five minutes from downtown and one mile from the Passion Play trails, this peaceful retreat is the perfect base for couples, families, or friends looking to relax, explore, and reconnect with nature. Things of note: - 2nd bedroom and bath are in the loft area which requires being able to ascend an alternating stair tread (see pics) - Owners live on site and construction is happening on additional sections, please do not wander around the property for safety and privacy reasons. - Restaurant on-site is open Saturday through Tuesday from 8am to 3pm for brunch - Trolley stop is within a 2 minute walk nearby. This will take you downtown. - Nespresso Coffee machine on-site. We provide a limited number of Virtuo pods for your use Guest access - Entire cabin, private deck, private patio, and walkway plus 2 parking spaces. Please do not wander the property. There is ongoing construction during the week at the resort as well as other guests and owner's live on-site. Other things to note Hot Tub Rules & Health Notice: The hot tub is drained, cleaned, and sanitized between every guest. Guests are required to shower before use and are strictly prohibited from introducing lotions, oils, soaps, detergents, beverages, or any foreign substances into the water. These actions significantly increase the risk of water contamination and skin irritation. Individuals with sensitivities, allergies, compromised immune systems, or who use the hot tub for extended periods may be at increased risk. Use of the hot tub is voluntary and at the guest’s own discretion NO PETS ALLOWED - NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND ON THE PROPERTY, this includes the deck. - There is a separate outdoor patio area provided. - NO VAPING - NO CANDLES OR INCENSE - NO SELF TANNERS - NO HAIR DYE - NO BATH BOMBS, SOAPS, BUBBLES, OR ANYTHING SIMILAR IN THE HOT TUB - NO GUESTS OTHER THAN THE ONES STAYING in the unit. When rules are broken, this may forfeit your security deposit or incur additional fees. Thank you! Accidents happen. People get embarrassed when something spills or breaks – we’ve seen it all! Please let us know if something happens so we can get attention to it right away. Currently, our deposit is minimal and would like to keep it that way for future guests. We have many items for your convenience, a hair dryer, steamer, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, a microwave, and fridge. Let us know if you need anything else. For your safety a fire extinguisher is located in the space. If there are any issues or questions, please contact host and give us the chance to correct them. Host lives on-site. We also have a restaurant and venue next door to the property. The restaurant is open for brunch from 8am to 3pm, Saturday thru Tuesday. The venue is located in the building next door to the cabin where we often host private events.
