The space This 224 m² house, spread over three floors and accommodating up to 12 guests, comprises a dining room, lounge, fully equipped kitchen, six bedrooms, four bathrooms, a separate toilet, a sauna, and a beautiful garden with a terrace and swimming pool. The accommodation is composed as follows: Ground floor: - Living room with 3-seater sofa, armchairs, bookcase and TV. - Light-filled dining room with large dining table for up to 12 guests, sideboard, decorative fireplace and upright piano (please use with care). - Large bright kitchen fully equipped: dining table, 5 chairs, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, hotplates, crockery and cutlery. - Relaxation room" equipped with a sauna for 4 people, shower and exercise bike. - Separate WC. The exterior : - Beautiful unheated above-ground swimming pool measuring 5.25 x 2.80 x 1.15, open from April to the end of October. The terrace around the pool is newly tiled. Parents are entirely responsible for their children's swimming. - Flowered and wooded garden of 600 m² facing south. 3 terraces surround the house: - On the ground floor, a terrace with a table for 12 people in the shade of stretched canvas, benches and small tables, barbecue, sink and gas hob.
