Parents are entirely responsible for their children's swimming. - Flowered and wooded garden of 600 m² facing south. 3 terraces surround the house: - On the ground floor, a terrace with a table for 12 people in the shade of stretched canvas, benches and small tables, barbecue, sink and gas hob.
