Bedrooms: Ace Room: Relax like royalty in a King bed with a private TV. Clue Room: A cozy mystery featuring a Queen bed and private TV. Monopoly Room: The ultimate "Pass GO" experience with a Full-over-Full bunk bed. The space Location: Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, just 6 minutes from Vance Air Force Base, 7 minutes from the Advance Soccer Complex, and 6 minutes to both David Allen Memorial Ballpark and downtown Enid. Outdoor Recreation: Only a 2-minute walk to the Enid Trail, which stretches approximately 7 miles and connects to Meadowlake Park – perfect for walking, jogging, or cycling. Dining: Minutes from many favorite local restaurants like Hideaway Pizza, Tokyo, and Colton’s Steakhouse, to name just a few. Guest access You’ll have full access to the entire house, including all three bedrooms and the game room. Come and go with ease thanks to a smooth check-in process using a personal code sent to you prior to arrival. It’s your personal retreat for the duration of your stay! Other things to note Please note: Use of the bunk bed is at the guest’s own discretion and risk. Guests are responsible for supervising children and ensuring safe use at all times. By staying at the property, guests agree to hold the property owner harmless from any liability related to bunk bed use. Our home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The base rate includes up to 6 guests. To help cover additional cleaning, laundry, utilities, and supplies, each guest over 6 is charged $25 per person, per night. Please make sure your reservation reflects the actual number of guests staying at the property. We provide a gas grill for guest use as a courtesy amenity. Propane levels are not guaranteed at check-in, as the tank may have been used by previous guests. While there is often some propane remaining, guests may need to refill the tank during their stay if it runs low. Propane refills are readily available at nearby convenience and hardware stores. For safety, please make sure the propane valve is fully turned off after each use.
