Welcome to this brand-new 4,000 sq ft home in Idaho Falls, perfect for families and groups. The space As you step into this new construction home that boasts nearly 4,000 square feet, you’re met with a cozy atmosphere that’s welcoming for all ages. As you walk in, you’ll notice an extra dining room with a full table, games and an Infinity digital gaming table, perfect for hosting larger families. As you continue in, The upstairs great room features a full kitchen, another dining table, sitting area and an 85” big screen tv, and to top it off, a warm gas powered fireplace. Down the hall is a bathroom and 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is a massive master bedroom set up for a vacation on its own, with a master bed, sitting area, 75” tv, and a master bathroom with a soaking tub and shower. As you exit the kitchen, you’ll notice another half bath in the Laundry room. Now out to the garage. We provide 2 spaces for parking in the garage and you are welcome to use them. Now, for the main feature, in its own dedicated climate controlled room, you’ll see a 17 foot long swim spa/pool perfect for hours of relaxation and fun! The kids can play for hours or you can practice laps, or just soak with plenty of room! Now to the downstairs, as you step in the massive family room, you’ll notice some games for everyone along with another 85” tv and reclining couches. There is a total of 3 large rooms on this level, with extra pull out trundles in 2 of the bedrooms and a triple bunk bed in another. There is also a full bathroom in this area as well. Other things to note We Do Not allow parties at all and if it is suspected that party activity is going on we will ask you to leave and booking will be cancelled without a refund for not following house rules. Please respect the neighbors as they are at their homes do not cause noise disturbances quiet hours are 10pm-7am, do not go onto any other property than the home you are staying at our neighbors privacy and safety is extremely important to us.
