The space Luxury villa close to the center of Bulle (10 minutes from Gruyères) – Ideal for families & groups In a chic, quiet neighborhood surrounded by nature, this villa is the perfect place for a relaxing stay, for exploring Gruyère or for enjoying a central location between Lausanne, Montreux and Bern. ** The bedrooms ** - Bedroom 1: 160 cm bed (possibility to add a single bed or a baby cot). - Bedroom 2: 160 cm bed + dressing table/desk area with LED mirror (possibility of adding a single bed or baby cot). - Bedroom 3: 4 single beds + one bunk bed - Bedroom 4: 180 cm bed and 90 cm bed (possibility of adding a baby bed). - Bedroom 5: 180 cm bed with a space dedicated to children with games, Wii, Switch, DVDs, toys, and a baby playpen. - Living room: Sofas convertible into two beds (2 beds of 125 cm*200 cm) **The living spaces** - Large living room with 2 sofas, 75-inch TV, Nintendo Switch, and games. The two sofas can be converted into beds (125 x 200 cm). - Dining room with 3 large tables and 16 chairs. - Fully equipped modern kitchen: Raclette & fondue machines, crepe maker, popcorn maker, egg cooker, blender, mixer, 2 toasters, Monsieur Cuisine food processor, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, stove, full dishes, utensils, household products... Everything is arranged for cooking in a large group. - Fitness: small fitness area with exercise equipment, dumbbells, yoga mats, etc. ** Bathrooms ** - 2 large shower rooms with toilet (a double washbasin, an XL shower) - a separate toilet - Towels and bed linen are provided. ** Outside ** Very large garden with: - Dining tables - Sofas & armchairs - Hanging chair - Night lighting - Terrace with spectacular mountain view Everything is also provided for children: slides, scooters, tricycles, outdoor games... in complete safety. **Family equipment** - Three baby cots - Three high chairs - Playpen, baby bath, toilet booster seat, potty. - Various toys and games - Bottle warmer, bottle holder, children's dishes... **Parking & services** - 3 free parking spaces in front of the house (write to us in advance), - Very detailed local guide, with dining recommendations, sports activities, etc. - You can enjoy the quiet of the neighborhood while being close to shops, restaurants and major tourist attractions. ** Respect for the neighborhood** The accommodation is not suitable for parties or events. Please respect this and do not book the accommodation if you plan to have one. Important: Out of respect for the neighborhood, noise is not tolerated after 10 pm. Guest access The front door of the Villa is completely independent and has a numeric keypad that opens with a code. It will be provided 3 days before your arrival. Three parking spaces (or more on request) are available free of charge and are located directly in front of the house. Other things to note Important: - The home is located in a quiet area and is not suitable for parties/events. Out of respect for the neighborhood, no noise is allowed after 10 p.m. (neither in the garden nor in the garage). - Proper waste sorting as indicated is mandatory. Please confirm in your message that you will abide by these rules, and we will be delighted to host you. ☺️ Entertainment guaranteed: a selection of board games is available for your use, as well as a Nintendo Switch and a Wii for video game lovers. You can also relax in front of the TV with Netflix. Families are welcome. There are cribs/toddler on request (crib or umbrella bed), two high chairs for eating, a playpen to keep baby safe and games and toys for all ages. Take advantage of it for a great stay!
