The space Luxury villa near the center of Bulle (10 minutes from Gruyères) – Ideal for families & groups Chic neighborhood, quiet and surrounded by nature, this villa is the ideal place for a relaxing stay, to explore the Gruyère or enjoy a central location between Lausanne, Montreux and Bern. ** Rooms ** - Bedroom 1: Bed 160cm (possibility to add a single bed or a crib). - Bedroom 2: Bed 160cm + dressing table/desk area with led mirror (possibility to add a single bed or crib). - Bedroom 3 : 4 single beds + one bunk bed - Bedroom 4: Bed 180cm and Bed 90cm (possibility to add baby bed). - Bedroom 5: 180cm bed with children's area with games, Wii, Switch, DVDs, toys and playpen. - Living room: Sofas convertible into two beds (2 beds 125cm*200cm) **Living spaces ** - Large living room with 2 sofas, 75 inch TV, Nintendo Switch, and games. The two sofas are convertible into beds (125*200). - Dining room with 3 large tables and 16 chairs. - Fully equipped modern kitchen: Raclette & fondue appliances, pancake machine, popcorn, egg cooker, blender, blender, 2 toasters, Robot Monsieur Kitchen, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, hobs, full dishes, utensils, household products... Important: Out of respect for the neighborhood, noise is not tolerated after 10 p.m. Guest access The front door of the Villa is completely independent and has a numeric keypad that opens with a code. It will be provided 3 days before your arrival. Three parking spaces (or more on request) are available free of charge and are located directly in front of the house. Other things to note Important: - The home is located in a quiet area and is not suitable for parties/events. Out of respect for the neighborhood, no noise is allowed after 10 p.m. (neither in the garden nor in the garage). - Proper waste sorting as indicated is mandatory. Please confirm in your message that you will abide by these rules, and we will be delighted to host you. ☺️ Guaranteed entertainment: a selection of board games is at your disposal, as well as a Nintendo Switch and a Wii for video game lovers, as well as a fitness room. You can also relax in front of the TV with Netflix. Families are welcome. There are cribs/toddler on request (crib or umbrella bed), two high chairs for eating, a playpen to keep baby safe and games and toys for all ages. Take advantage of it for a great stay!
