The unit is equipped with wireless internet and cable television. The condo has 1 spacious bedroom with a king size bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa to allow for up to 4 guests. This unit is made for maximum relaxation. An outdoor grilling area with picnic tables right next to the water is available for use. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking and baking needs, including a dishwasher. There are numerous and wonderful eateries, golf courses and shopping districts. There are boat slips which can be reserved for no additional cost on a first come, first serve basis. The boat slips can accommodate a boat up to 23 feet long.
