Access via coded lock; all interior doors have ability to lock per guests desire. Other things to note Ambient lighting exists on pier and dock; automatic dusk to dawn green fishing light in water at night to attract fish. Solar lighting also on dock and deck. No railing exists on the waterfront side of salt water pool; an approximate 5 foot drop to the ground level and retaining wall. Please use caution. Pool is open and maintained weekly from April 15 to October 15. Hot Tub is open and maintained weekly year-round. There is no lifeguard on duty.
