Enjoy waterfront access with a dock and rowboat provided. You can also explore the area by kayak. A beautiful stretch of water is perfect for fishing enthusiasts. Inside, enjoy movie nights, karaoke, challenge each other to a game of pool or ping-pong, pinball, or play board games or casino-style games. The space Interior Fully equipped kitchen. Stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, bottled water dispenser, filtered (reverse osmosis) drinking water tap. Cookware, cutlery, and place settings for 10+ people, including all small appliances, toaster, Keuring coffee maker, coffee capsules, sugar, teapot, as well as all cooking utensils, spices, oil, salt, pepper, etc. Dining room with a table for 6 to 8 people. Breakfast bar for 4 people. Games room with a large multi-purpose table that seats 10 people on banquettes. It converts into a pool table and ping-pong table. Living room with a double sofa bed, giant screen TV, Blu-ray player with movies, karaoke, vinyl record collection with turntable, wii game consol, binball and a piano. Board games cabinet and casino table. 3 comfortable bedrooms, linens provided. 1 king bed, 2 double beds, 2 single bunk beds, 1 crib with changing table. 2 bathrooms, 1 shower and 1 bathtub with hand shower. Toiletries provided (hand soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner), 2 hair dryers. Towels and washcloths. Exterior Cabin 2 balconies 6-person hot tub and 6-person electric barrel sauna. Fire area with several Adirondack chairs. Dock with rowboat, kayak and oars provided in summer only. 2 Life jackets. Fishing rods. Outdoor furniture, gas BBQ Outdoor games Parking for 4 vehicles. Wi-Fi Guest access whole house Other things to note Self check-in -Arrival at 4:00 PM and departure before 11:00 AM. Return the key to the secure lock using the same code I will have given you. -NO SMOKING house. No cigarette butts outside. -No pets. -PUBLIC DISTURBANCES PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES. -You must leave the house as you found it. -Wash your dishes and put them away. -Remove your sheets and place them in the laundry baskets in each bedroom. -Put your used towels, washcloths, dishcloths, and rags in the washing machine. -Handle the pool/ping-pong table lids carefully (two people required). -This same table serves as a dining table for large groups. Please use a tablecloth or placemats to prevent damage to the tabletop, and trivets to avoid marking the table. There are two large benches for seating. -Extra sheets and pillows for the sofa bed are in the entryway closet. -No wick candles are allowed in the house. -Two kayaks and two life jackets are available for your use. -a 16-foot rowboat WITHOUT A MOTOR Please remain vigilant and supervise your children as we are near the water. -We are not responsible for insects, bad temperatures during your stay, or power, network, or wifi outages that may occur.
