Bedroom 3 has an additional private half bathroom. NOTE: Bedroom 4 is only accessible through bedroom 3 or full bathroom. Private dock and 1 kayak available for use at own risk. Be advised stairs are required for all bedrooms, full bathroom, and to utilize lake dock. Drop to lake and stairwell are not child proofed.
