The house is located only 3 km from Fazana, a local tourist gem, and only 900 meters from the nearest local beach. The apartment is located on the upper floor of the house with a huge front and back yards and has a secure and easily accessible parking lot. The space The apartment has a total area of 100 square meters (not including the covered front terrace providing all day shade). It is located on the first floor of a house and consists of a living room of the total area of approx. 50 square meters equipped with a flat-screen TV, a couch and a fireplace. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with the dining area, as well as a bathroom with a shower. There is a hall leading into three bedrooms, two of them with single beds (80x200 cm), easily transformable into 160x200 cm beds and a third room with a double bed (160x200 cm). The flat is air-conditioned. The house has its own front and back yards with a grill and a private parking lot. There are as many parking places as needed and they are inside the back yard. The nearest supermarkets are 2 km away from the lodge.
