Enjoy the local area or many beautiful day-trip attractions. Easy day trips to Roosevelt National Park, Mount Rushmore, Sturgis, Rapid City, Spearfish, Deadwood, Medora, and more! Also, a proven place for the hunting or fishing trip, this house is a great resource for all. Pets are welcome but we ask that they be kept off the furniture, There is a supply of blankets available specifically for pet beds and use. The space This house was the original Railroad Agent's house in Mott ND. It was moved in approximately 2013 to its current location and improvements were made at that time. More will be made in the future as I acquired this house in November in 2025 and we use it for our residence when we are in the area as well. There is a dedicated bedroom with a queen and twin bed as well as a second sleeping area between that and the bathroom. Finishing this house is a living room and kitchen. The porch covers three sides of the house and gives spectacular sunrise and sunset views. Parking will easily accommodate two to three vehicles and there are a firepit and charcoal grill available. Be sure to observe burn ban times in the area when conditions are dry. Guest access All areas of the property are available for your use. Other things to note I am trying to update photos. Blinds and curtains/rugs have been updated. The washer and dryer are in place but not yet connected. Hope to have that finished before hunting season!
