Unique Two-Bedroom Suite Blocks from Miami U

Two huge, private rooms w/queen beds, vanity, desks, drawers, and large closet; private bath; and library/loft lounge. You have the complete upstairs to yourself in a beautiful mid-century modern gem surprisingly hidden, yet only 3 blocks from the Miami University campus. Loft space includes full-sized futon that can accommodate two additional guests/family members. The space Smoke-free home with beautiful wood views and multiple decks. A quiet oasis within walking distance of the university and uptown, but on the edge of a nature preserve w/the sounds of cicadas, frogs, and birds. Amenities include fresh towels, toiletries, Keurig coffee/tea, microwave, and bottled water. Forget something? Ask--we can probably provide it! Guest access Park freely in driveway and enter through front door; key in lockbox. Your space is immediately up the stairs and includes the whole second floor: two large bedrooms, bathroom, and loft. You may also use the front porch as an outdoor gathering spot, but for now we are requesting you use no other spaces in the house. During your stay Chris may be available at check-in, but is usually on premise evenings and overnight on separate floor. Always available by phone/text/email for questions or concerns. Other things to note Note: There are two very sweet, friendly cats in the house. They are never allowed in the guest rooms or bathroom, but do venture up into the loft from time to time during the day only. At night, they are kept in a closed space. And, due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care of our guest space. We're complying with AirBnB's enhanced cleaning protocols, provide contact-free check in and out, and incorporating a minimum 24-hour padding between guest stays (allowing us to make sure guest areas are cleaned and sanitized between visits). We will mask and expect our guests to do the same in our presence. We also provide a cleaning kit in the rooms for you to use during your stay, if you feel the need.
