The space The Space -- The house includes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 5 beds, making it ideal for family gatherings or quiet group retreats. Ping Pong table, Corn hole set, and dartboard are free to use in the garage. Guest access Parking There is ample parking available, including space for multiple vehicles, boats, or trailers. Accessibility Notes To reach the house, guests typically climb several stairs to the wraparound porch, followed by two steps into the home. A wheelchair ramp is available to the porch, though a few steps remain before entering the house. Safety Notes The property includes natural water features. • Do not enter the spring pond in the front yard. • Swimming and wading are allowed in the creeks. • Guests assume responsibility for water-related activities on the property. Several closets and the attic space are locked and not available for guests access, but most of the closets are available offering plenty of space for clothing and storage.
