Villa Wunderlich - Vacation home in the countryside

We offer you a modern, 63 sqm apartment on a historic farm with 2 bedrooms and a converted attic, tub bath and a great view of the nature reserve. The space 63 sqm converted former hayloft with a spacious living and dining area including a fully equipped kitchenette and a large dining table. To relax, there is a large sofa as well as a 50" TV and free Wi-Fi. Sleeping options: A "master bedroom" with a double bed, a small room with a single bed, which can be pulled out into a double bed (then this room is almost full) and in addition the attic, which can be reached via a staircase in the apartment and where two (larger) children can sleep. You can imagine it as a fixed tent, with 2 mattresses (on slatted frames). The bathroom is equipped with a floor-level shower and a bathtub. We have expanded the apartment using natural building materials (oak parquet, partly clay plaster) and modernly furnished. Through the large windows in the gable you can look over the meadows and with a little luck watch the cranes. The apartment is located in a former stable building on a listed four-sided courtyard, off the already quiet road in an idyllic little village, on the edge of the Nuthe-Nieplitz-Niederung Nature Park, where the cranes live - and yet you are (by car) in 30 minutes in Potsdam and in 40 minutes in Berlin! Guest access Outside, the garden furniture and the grill can be used. In addition, there is an open space for all with a large table. Here you can meet or get suggestions for your vacation from the shelf with the excursion literature. Other things to note What is important to us: We have worked almost exclusively with natural building materials. The electricity we consume comes from our own solar system during the day and from the Schönau power plants (EWS) at night. Our wastewater is treated by a plant-based treatment plant that we operate together with our neighbors.
