Wake up to panoramic views of Wauka Mountain and enjoy your coffee on the porch as the sun rises. Our working farm is home to a variety of friendly animals; ducks, goats, donkeys, chickens, and a sweet pony, all happy to say hello! You're welcome to walk the grounds and view the animals any time, or after a caretaker orientation, interact with them! The space The home is cozy, comfortable, and fully equipped for your stay including three bedrooms and two and a half baths. Enjoy peaceful nights, starry skies, and plenty of space to roam. It’s ideal for families, couples, solo travelers, or anyone craving a farm-style experience with modern convenience. The property has 20+ acres of wooded hiking trails. Access to the trail is just beyond the red barn. Follow the barn driveway to the woods. Guest access Full access to the property and grounds to walk around. The basement is locked and not accessible. Other things to note We are in Gainesville, GA, 10 minutes from downtown and the historic square, 20 minutes from Dahlonega, 30 minutes from several wineries, and an hour away from Atlanta. There is a boat ramp 1.5 miles away and boat parking at the property. You’ll find yourself reconnecting with the land, the animals, and the simple joys of rural life.
