The space This house is on well and septic. The water is tested annually and is safe to use and drink. But for those unfamiliar with well water (near a lake), it has a sulfur smell. We keep bottled water at the house for your comfort but please do not be scared to use the tap water! Other things to note Only 30 miles to Crater Lake!
