Centrally located on the Bourbon Trail, just 4 miles from Shaker Village, 32 miles from Lexington, 12 miles from Danville, and 70 miles from Louisville. Enjoy quiet country charm, family-friendly spaces, and friendly farm animals—perfect for work or leisure! The space The cottage features a fully stocked kitchen with dining space, a quaint living area, and two upstairs bedrooms—one with a king bed and one with a full bed. The full bath is upstairs; guests in the full bedroom will walk through the king room to access it. Enjoy a dedicated workspace, Wi-Fi, smart TVs in all rooms, ample closet space, and a washer and dryer located in the king bedroom. Guest access Guests will have the whole house to themselves with ample parking outside as well as a gated driveway and outdoor seating deck. The farm is 100 acres and it is a working horse farm so we do ask that you stay near the house as we do have other homes and people living on the property.
