This is master bed/bath room, private entrance no share with anyone. No kitchenette access. House policy: Referred professional worker, 1 person only , NO guest or visitor , No pets are allowed. No smoking. Laundry access is in the backyard only during from 10am-9pm . Allowed one car parking on driveway. Quiet/sleep time 10:30pm - 7:30am . Please Do not feed or pet the wildcats. Room available 11/28/25 and on . Thanks The space No shoes inside the room, please take your trash out in front of the house. Other things to note Neighbor dogs noises sometime. Also please keep quiet time from 10:30pm -7:30am .
