Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire home, including the living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and outdoor spaces. The private backyard and pool area are exclusively for guests to enjoy during their stay. Self check-in is available for a smooth and convenient arrival, allowing guests to access the home at their own pace. Free parking is available on the property. Guests are welcome to enjoy all amenities provided in the home during their stay. Other things to note Please review the following important details before booking: • No parties or events allowed. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and we ask guests to respect the neighbors. • Maximum occupancy must be respected. Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved in advance. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. • Security cameras: For safety and property protection, exterior security cameras are installed around the outside of the home. There are no cameras inside the house or in private areas. • Pool use: Guests use the pool at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. • Smoking: No smoking inside the home. If smoking occurs inside, additional cleaning fees may apply. • Check-in / Check-out: Please follow the check-in and check-out times listed in your reservation so our cleaning team can properly prepare the home for the next guests.
